Instruction for CME Credit or CE Units
You may obtain CME credit or CE units for these activities by mail or fax, or via the Internet.

2. Print out the corresponding post-test(s) and evaluation form.
3. Complete the post-test(s) by selecting the single best answer for each question, and complete the evaluation form.

OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of these activities, participants should be able to:

1. Apply relevant scientific information to improve skeletal wellness of cancer patients.
2. Recognize the importance of early intervention.
3. Describe the role of bisphosphonates in the management of patients with cancer-treatment–induced bone loss.

AUDIENCE
This CME program has been developed to meet the educational needs of healthcare providers who treat and manage cancer patients. All other healthcare providers are welcome to participate as well.

There are no prerequisites for participating in this activity.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the University of Wisconsin Medical School and ProCom International. The University of Wisconsin Medical School is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT
The University of Wisconsin Medical School designates this continuing medical education activity for a maximum of 1.5 category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only the credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS
These programs are accredited by the University of Wisconsin, Office of Continuing Medical Education, for up to .15 CEUs (1.5 hours) and .20 CEUs (2 hours) and can be used by nurses and other health professionals.

INTERNATIONAL CREDIT
The American Medical Association has determined that physicians not licensed in the US who participate in this CME activity are eligible for AMA PRA category 1 credit.
